Decisions and ProcessMaker target the BOAT market

Decisions and ProcessMaker have merged to create a global provider of business orchestration and automation technologies, combining AI process orchestration, automation and discovery under a single platform.

The merger brings together ProcessMaker’s low-code workflow and intelligent document processing expertise with Decisions’ rules engine, process orchestration and case management tools. It also positions the company to meet critical market demand for unified automation platforms, validated by Gartner’s forecast that by 2030 70% of enterprises will adopt systems that coordinate business processes, AI agents, bots, APIs and human actions, up from just 5% today.

The combined company also aims to streamline workflows and processes across silos, helping enterprises consolidate automation tools, reduce ownership costs and accelerate digital transformation. It will serve more than 700 customers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, education, manufacturing and government sectors, helping organisations modernise operations and scale efficiently.
