NeuralTrust raises $20mn Seed led by Alstin Capital

NeuralTrust has raised a USD 20mn Seed round led by Alstin Capital, with participation from  VentureFriends, Seaya, Kibo Ventures, Banc Sabadell, EA Ventures Plug and Play Fund and Finaves, the venture capital fund of IESE Business School. The company also secured public funding from the European Innovation Council and Spain’s State Research Agency.

The funding will support engineering work that deepens integration across NeuralTrust’s products and fund expansion across the European market, as enterprises move autonomous AI agents into production environments.

According to the company, as AI agents move from experimentation to core enterprise infrastructure, governance is failing to keep pace. It sites data from Gartner, which predicts by 2027, 40% of enterprises will demote or decommission autonomous AI agents due to gaps identified only after production incidents occur, with Fortune 500 companies projected to operate more than 150,000 agents each by 2028 only 13% of firms feel prepared to manage them.

AI agents are now part of enterprise operations, but the controls protecting them are still catching up. This round allows us to keep building the infrastructure layer that makes AI adoption measurable, governable, and safe. – Joan Vendrell, Co-Founder and CEO of NeuralTrust.

NeuralTrust’s platform spans three products: TrustGate, a gateway that brokers LLM, MCP and tool calls; TrustGuard, a runtime security engine that detects and stops threats across agent deployments; and TrustLens, a posture management layer that tracks agent behaviour across the enterprise. Customers include AirEuropa, Abanca, Iberia and Banc Sabadell, among other banks, airlines, energy companies and government agencies.

NeuralTrust secures and scales AI Agents by helping enterprises identify, secure and govern all the AI agents running in the enterprise.
