Turbo Law has raised USD 3.8mn in a pre-seed round from Revo Capital, with participation from Treeo VC, BridgeX Ventures, Alchemist Accelerator and multiple technology and litigation partners. The startup builds a unified platform for complex litigation that reads matter files and turns them into work product such as chronologies, motions, discovery responses and case evaluations. The funding will accelerate engineering across Turbo Law’s five product pillars of review, drafting, research, strategy and settlement, and an always-on assistant, expand the forward-deployed team that sets up the platform within customer firms, broaden coverage of the verticals Turbo Law serves and build out its security and compliance posture. Turbo Law reads entire matter files and builds what it calls a Fact Graph, linking every party, expert, treater, admission, defense and date to its source line. The platform is live at firms across medical malpractice, mass tort, toxic tort, transportation and M&A litigation, with more than 1,800 active matters running on it. - Build launches as autonomous AI services firm for real estate development, raises $8.5mn seed
Build has raised USD 8.5mn in seed funding from Index Ventures, Pebblebed and Tishman Speyer, with angel participation from C-suite executives at OpenAI and Blackstone. The round accompanies the company’s public launch as an autonomous services firm for institutional real estate and infrastructure development. Build pairs agentic AI with domain experts to deliver pre-development work, including site selection, feasibility analysis, due diligence and design development, work it says it completes 90% faster than traditional development teams. Alongside the launch, the company introduced three products: a services offering where Build delivers outcomes directly, a platform that acts as a system of record for client projects, and an assistant connecting clients to more than 2,000 live data sources worldwide.
Founded at the end of 2024, Build has delivered more than 150 projects across 18 countries for clients including Fortune 500 companies, hyperscalers, governments and data centre developers, serving firms with a collective USD 2tn+ in assets under management. - Brand Engagement Network acquires Cataneo to expand AI deployment platform
Brand Engagement Network has completed its acquisition of Cataneo, a Munich-based provider of enterprise software for advertising operations and infrastructure. The deal adds a profitable, revenue-generating enterprise software plans to BEN’s AI platform. Furthermore, it provides the company with long-standing partnerships and mission-critical workflows where its AI technologies can be integrated and deployed. Cataneo operates the MYDAS platform, which supports advertising sales, scheduling, traffic, content management, monetization, analytics, CRM integration and real-time reporting for broadcasters and media organizations. The platform manages more than EUR 6bn in annual advertising inventory across more than 1,000 media brands and 200+ broadcast and digital channels, with operations spanning four continents.
BEN plans to integrate its proprietary Engagement Language Model and other enterprise AI technologies into the Cataneo platform to enhance advertising operations, audience intelligence, workflow automation, forecasting and operational decision-making. Cataneo also gives BEN an established commercial platform through which to deploy AI-powered solutions to existing customers while expanding into additional industries.
Cataneo generated more than EUR 8.6mn in revenue in 2025, with first-half 2026 revenue estimated at EUR 4.19mn. - Stellaris Venture Partners backs Kim.cc’s US expansion in AI-native customer support
Kim.cc, an AI-native customer support company serving more than 200 e-commerce brands globally, has closed an institutional venture funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners. The round, size undisclosed, will support the Indian company’s expansion into the United States and further development of its AI-native customer service model. The funding will build out Kim.cc’s US operations and expand its team in India, with the company planning to triple its workforce to more than 100 employees by 2028. New hires will focus on sales, partnerships, customer success and client-facing leadership roles. Kim.cc is targeting USD 100mn+ in annual revenue by 2028. Kim.cc’s platform combines AI systems with human-in-the-loop execution, aiming to improve quality, speed and cost efficiency relative to fully automated chatbots or traditional manual BPO operations. - CarbonSix raises $40mn Series A to push physical AI onto factory floors
Physical AI company CarbonSix has raised USD 40mn (KRW 60bn) in a Series A round from a syndicate of US and South Korean investors. The round was co-led by DSC Investment and LB Investment, with participation from IMM Investment, Korea Development Bank, SV Investment, Cortentia and ASQ. Seed investors Foothill Ventures, Storm Ventures, Zeitgeist Capital, Xquared and CarbonBlack Fund also joined as follow-on backers. The funding will support talent acquisition, infrastructure scaling and expansion into global markets. CarbonSix develops robotic intelligence software and hardware, including robotic hands and manipulators, designed for direct integration into manufacturing lines. The company’s model captures task-specific data as clients use its tools, feeding it back into the system to refine its automation products. - Riverwood Capital backs LeapXpert’s $180mn growth round for governed enterprise messaging
Governed communications intelligence company LeapXpert has raised a USD 180mn growth investment from Riverwood Capital, with participation from existing investor Portage Ventures, to expand its governed communication intelligence platform for enterprise messaging channels.The capital will be used to deepen the platform’s ability to understand and act on governed conversations, accelerate growth across financial services, the public sector and the broader enterprise market, and expand the company’s senior leadership team. LeapXpert provides enterprise-grade governance for messaging channels such as WhatsApp, iMessage, Signal and WeChat, capturing and governing client conversations in real time. The company serves financial institutions, government agencies and global enterprises.

New York-based GenerativeX has closed a USD 4mn Series A round led by Nissay Capital, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Angel Bridge, DeepCore and SMBC Venture Capital. The funding will scale GenerativeX’s teams in the United States to serve more enterprises across North America, support hiring of senior leaders, consultants and forward deployed engineers (FDEs), and pursue acquisitions and partnerships that broaden the company’s offering. Founded in June 2023, GenerativeX serves more than 80 enterprise clients across financial services, health sciences, manufacturing and telecommunications. Its FDEs combine domain expertise with hands-on coding to build production solutions directly with client teams. - Straiker raises $64mn Series A led by Marathon to secure enterprise AI agents
Straiker, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting AI agents, has raised USD 64mn in a Series A round, bringing total funding to USD 85mn. The round was led by Marathon Management Partners, Citi Ventures, Illuminate Financial and Workday Ventures, with continued backing from Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed. Gokul Rajaram, founding partner at Marathon, is joining Straiker’s board of directors. The funds will go toward product development, the work of STAR Labs, Straiker’s AI threat research arm, and expansion into international markets to meet demand from enterprise customers. Straiker’s platform discovers AI agents deployed across enterprise environments, runs pre-deployment adversarial testing to identify vulnerabilities and provides runtime protection that monitors agent activity and intervenes against threats. CEO Ankur Shah previously served as SVP and GM of Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma Cloud business, while CTO Sreenath Kurupati led AI and security research at Akamai following its acquisition of Cyberfend, the fraud detection company he founded.
