Goldman Sachs, Tiger Global back Taktile’s $110mn round to automate high-stakes financial decisions
Taktile has raised USD 110mn in a Series C round backed by Goldman Sachs, Tiger Global, Index Ventures and Y Combinator. The startup builds AI agents that banks and insurance companies use to automate high-stakes decisions such as screening risky transactions, processing insurance claims and onboarding new customers. The capital will fund continued development of Taktile’s software platform and the opening of a new office in São Paulo. - Taktile was cofounded by machine-learning engineers Maik Taro Wehmeyer and Maximilian Eber. The company positions its product as an operating system that lets financial institutions deploy models from major AI labs as dedicated agents for sensitive workflows, such as reading claims documents, matching damage assessments to insurance coverage and determining payouts.

Samepage has launched Samepage Signals, an AI tool designed to surface insights for product leaders, backed by USD 4.85mn from Craft Ventures, Freestyle VC, Glasswing Ventures and angel investors including Justin Kan and Matt Mullenweg. Samepage Signals connects to tools including Jira, Linear, Productboard, Slack, Notion, Gong and Salesforce, building a profile of what matters to each user and proactively surfacing relevant information, from feature ideas raised in sales calls to competitor developments and updates on what has shipped or is at risk. The product connects natively to more than 35 product, customer and business data sources. It was tested in beta with hundreds of product leaders before its public launch.
The funding will support continued development of Samepage Signals and broader adoption of the product among product leaders. - Patronus AI completes $50mn Series B round to accelerate the next generation of AI agents Patronus AI has completed a USD 50mn Series B round to expand its research organization, grow its engineering team and invest in the compute and infrastructure required to train and run what it calls Digital World Models at scale. These models are a new class of large-scale simulation environments that are designed to help AI systems train, evaluate and improve across complex workflows. Investors backing the round are Notable Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Datadog, Samsung, Factorial Capital and others. Patronus AI builds simulation infrastructure that allows AI systems to train on realistic software, research, communication and enterprise workflows instead of optimizing for narrow benchmark performance.

Coval, the evaluation platform for voice AI, has closed a USD 28mn Series A round led by Norwest, with participation from Base10 Partners, Twilio Ventures and Y Combinator. The round brings total funding raised by the company since its 2024 launch to USD 31mn.
The capital will fund an expansion of Coval’s sales and solutions engineering teams as well as address the growing reliability and compliance enterprises face. The company will also use the funding to advance product capabilities, including deeper simulation, new integrations and enhanced human review and monitoring features.
Coval provides simulation, observability and labelling infrastructure that allows enterprises to test and monitor voice and chat AI agents, with customers including Zoom and Deepgram. The round brings the Oakland-based company’s total funding to more than USD 76mn. The capital will support continued expansion of xCures’ clinical clarity layer, which turns fragmented medical records into decision-ready clinical data for providers, value-based care organizations, diagnostics labs and consumer health companies. xCures’ Clinical Clarity Engine combines automated patient histories, evidence-grade data and decision-ready checklists to address the scattering of patient information across labs, hospitals, imaging centers and electronic medical records, much of which arrives as unstructured documents that are difficult to use in clinical workflows. - Attention secures $30mn Series B to build autonomous action engine for revenue teams
Attention has raised a USD 30mn Series B round from RTP Global, returning investors Aglaé Ventures, Eniac and Alven, new investor Linea and a group of angel investors drawn from the company’s own customer base. The New York-based company will use the funding to expand its agentic offering and move further upmarket into enterprise revenue organizations. The capital will fund development of an autonomous action engine that surfaces each sales representative’s highest-impact next moves, ranked by likely revenue, executes the ones they approve and learns from the outcome of every action it takes.

The funding will support Partly’s expansion into the United States, where it has anchored operations in Austin, Texas. The company is relocating its core executive team, including CEO and co-founder Levi Fawcett, and is hiring for engineering, business development and product management roles to serve the country’s roughly 250,000 repairers.
Founded in 2020, Partly has built an AI model trained specifically on automotive parts data, drawing on five years of human feedback, synthetic data and more than fifty manufacturer agreements. - JustAI raises $17mn Series A led by Base10 Partners to build autonomous marketing agents
