  1. SpendHQ acquires Sligo AI to deliver AI capabilities in enterprise procurements
SpendHQ has bought agentic enterprise procurement company Sligo AI to deliver configurable agentic AI capabilities in enterprise procurement so systems can execute across entire procurement workflows and not just to generate insights.
The Sligo AI platform directly connects to enterprise tools such as ERP systems, procurement platforms, contract management systems and data warehouses to generate structured outputs—work that often requires significant manual effort and is fundamental as agentic AI is only as effective as the data it works on.

The London-headquartered company will use proceeds from the round to accelerate its US expansion and bring forward a decade of planned platform capabilities into customers’ hands within months. This latest funding round brings the total amount raised to USD 100mn.
The company is an AI platform for frontline enterprises and combines regulated workforce infrastructure (HR, payroll, compliance) with the operational data layer organisations build on to create the software they need.
  5. Omniscient completes €3.5mn pre-Seed round
Paris-based decision intelligence platform for boards and senior executives Omnicient has raised EUR 3.5mn (USD 4.1mn) for its pre-Seed round from Seedcamp Drysdale, Plug and Play, MS&AD, Raise, Anamcara and xdeck—a global syndicate spanning France to Japan to the United States. Omniscient provides AI-powered intelligence to organisations by enabling them to make crucial business decisions.
  6. London-based Riplo announces £2.3mn raise
Riplo, a startup developing an agentic system for consulting, has raised GBP 2.3mn (EUR 2.6mn) for its pre-Seed funding round led by Cherry Ventures. Other participants are Blue Lion Capital and agnel investors. The company says its approach differs by allowing agents to draft, structure and stress-test workstreams alongside a consultant in contrast to legacy software, which treats AI as an eternal assistant.
The new capital will go towards strengthening collaborations with design partners and grow its engineering team.
