  • Alloy Robotics valued at $80mn following $8mn round
    Alloy Robotics has raised USD 8mn led by Square Peg, with pre-seed backers Blackbird, Airtree and Skip Capital also participating alongside angel investors. The company, which builds AI agents that analyze robot data to identify the root causes of failures, will use the funding to support engineering hiring, expand in the U.S. and further develop its models and agent platform.
    The company was founded in Sydney in 2025 and operates from its home base and San Francisco. It serves teams across navigation, defense, drones, agriculture, maritime, humaoids, construction and medical robotics.
  • zvoove acquires Pixi for staffing agencies automation
    zvoove, a software and AI solution provider for the temporary staffing, private security and cleaning industries, has bought the IP behind Pixi, an AI-powered, WhatsApp-based onboarding and support agency for temporary workers from Roger Tobler. Pixi’s technology enables zoove to remove administrative work from their customers’ desks by removing phone calls and paper forms from processes.
  • Playfair leads pre-seed round for Zerolook
    Zerolook, a flight-shopping API, has raised USD 1.9mn for its pre-seed round led by Playfair and with participation from Vento, True Sight Ventures, Alpha Venture and angel investors. With the funds, the Swiss company plans to continue shipping the product, supporting customers and expand its team, particularly engineering.
  • Sudolabs to expand in the US after Eldridge buys 50% stake
    Sudolabs, a Slovakian provider of custom agentic AI systems and consulting services for enterprise clients, has sold a 50% stake to global holding company Eldridge. The acquisition enables Sudolabs to accelerate its growth in the United States, while it retains its operations in Slovakia.  
  • Edgify completes Series A+ $9mn round
    London-based Edgify has completed a USD 9mn Series A+ round from Rank Ventures and Mangrove Capital Partners. The AI infrastructure company primarily operates in the retail sector but has plans to apply its technology to other sectors such as transportation. Logistic manufacturing and warehouse operations.
    Edgify was founded on the premise that intelligence should live where the data created, with devices learning as a single entity – and without a single byte leaving the building.
