  • AI marketing platform Birdsview completes seed round
    Birdsview has raised EUR 2.5mn for its seed round from Fortino Ventures and Newion to expand Avys, its AI email marketing agent for online shops. The startup describes Avys as the world’s first AI B2C retention agent that is trained on retail product knowledge. It understands every product, chooses what to pitch to each customer at the right time before sending a customer-specific email. The company was initially backed by TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen for its pre-seed round.
  • Grace Investment Machine marks third funding round within first year
    Grace Investment Machine, GIM, has raised USD 20mn for its Series A round of financing co-led by a US VC firm and Hony Capital.
    GIM is an AI-native investment technology company building agentic systems for capital markets. According to the company its agentic AI systems are designed to beyond assisting investment research, instead they generate, test and refine investment hypotheses through market data, feedback loops and coordinated agents.
  • Hostie completes Series A round with $12mn in funding
    AI-powered virtual concierge for restaurants Hostie has announced a USD 12mn Series A funding round led by Obvious ventures to accelerate product development ang grow its leadership team. The investment also supports the company’s broader vision, which is to transform how restaurants connect with their guests at every touchpoint.
    Other investors are Gradient, Scribble Ventures, Burst Capital, angel investors and Behind Genius Ventures.
    This latest round of funding brings the total raised by the company to USD 16mn.
  • Goods & Services acquires Genware
    Goods & Services, an Atlanta-based provider of enhanced-enabled AI products, systems and platforms has acquired Genware, a New Jersey-based data and advanced analytics firm. The deal expands Goods & Services’ capabilities in data and AI and supports its work to develop digital and physical products, platforms and systems. Specifically, it strengthens its data, AI and analytics capabilities particularly in the technology sector and regulated industries such as finance and healthcare.
