UrgentIQ, an AI-native electronic medical record platform for urgent care centers, has raised USD 15mn in Series A growth investment round from Five Elms Capital.
The capital will fund a native billing module for in-house revenue cycle management, AI-powered diagnosis and coding capabilities, live insurance verification and an AI checkout agent.
UrgentIQ will also use the investment to scale its team as it serves a growing network of urgent care operators nationwide.The investment comes as the urgent care market consolidates around private equity-backed platforms and multi-site groups. - Bolter emerges from stealth with $10mn to build AI-native messaging platform
Bolter, an AI-native messaging platform that enables non-technical operators automate business operators, has emerged from stealth with USD 10mn in investment from venture builder Improbable, which incubated the platform. The platform was built on the conviction that Europe should have it’s own messaging platform that the most visible agent platforms are being built by the largest US AI companies, with users locked into their models. Bolter is model-neutral and routes every request to the best AI model for the task, including open-source models.
The product has launched in invitation-only beta. - Luminary completes $22mn Series A round
Luminary, an AI-native wealth transfer and administration platform, has secured USD 22mn for its Series A round led by Ten Coves Capital, BNY and 8VC. Also participating in the round are previous investors Fin Capital, Focus Financial Partners, family offices and Rockefeller Capital Management’s FinTech Innovation Fund.
The funds will build Luminary’s AI capabilities and integrations, push further into administration workflows and add to its commercial team. Luminary turns static estate documents into structured source-verified data powering workflows for financial advisors, trust companies, law firms and accounting firms, This latest round of funding brings the total to USD 32mn. - Insight Partners backs Graph AI’s $13.3mn Series A to expand across the US and Europe
Graph AI, developer of the Graph Safety patient safety platform, has raised USD 13.3mn in Series A funding from Insight Partners, with existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners also participating.
Proceeds from the round will be used to accelerate expansion across the US and Europe.
Graph Safety combines AI with deterministic controls, validation layers and end-to-end audit trails for regulated pharmacovigilance environments, keeping output and source data traceable for inspection readiness.
Founded in 2024, Graph AI was created to reduce the manual processing and operational workflows facing pharma safety teams, freeing staff for analysis, decision-making and areas where human judgement is essential. It has been designed with reference to applicable regulatory requirements and evolving expectations for AI in medicines development and patient safety. This includes the FDA’s risk-based credibility assessment framework for AI, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the CIOMS Working Group XIV report on Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacovigilance. - Wint to accelerate product development and deepen market research with $36mn capital injection
Wint, a provider of water management systems for the built environment, has concluded a USD 36mn Series D funding round led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital. This latest round of funding follows a strategic investment in December 2025 from Grosvenor, a global property owner and developer, which said it would use the company’s solutions across it global real estate portfolio.

Cato, a Milan-based, AI platform for public procurement, has raised EUR 6mn for its seed round led by Keen Venture partners and with support from angel investors, heartfelt, Vento, Moonstone, Alecia7, BHeroes and Nova Venture.
The company plans to extend its platform into additional sectors and move beyond Italy’s borders..
