Find out more- Delta-v, Morgan Stanley and Microsoft’s M12 back HiddenLayer with $100mn to secure AI coding agents
HiddenLayer, which secures agentic, generative and predictive AI applications, has closed a USD 100mn Series B round from Delta-v Capital, Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Booz Allen Ventures and Microsoft’s venture fund M12.
The proceeds will deepen its enterprise platform, including Agentic Runtime Security, which gives organizations visibility into how their agents behave in production and flags and stops manipulation, tool misuse and unauthorized actions as they happen. The round also funds Agent Harness Security, a new offering that extends the runtime security module to AI coding agents that write, review and ship code with much less human oversight than traditional development tools. - Resect AI emerges from stealth with $25mn to build AI accountability layer
Resect AI has emerged from stealth with USD 25mn in funding from private equity investors, as it builds an accountability layer for artificial intelligence systems.
The capital will fund research and development, go-to-market initiatives and talent acquisition in the greater Seattle and Portland markets. The company’s forthcoming open source offering and enterprise product suite will let users observe, detect, interpret, audit and modify the behavior of large language models. - AI Score raises $5.4mn seed round to build the governance platform for the next generation of enterprise AI
AI Score, a UK-based AI governance platform, has raised USD 5.4mn in seed funding led by Fuel Ventures and from existing investor GALLOS Technologies as well as angel investors.
With the funding, the company will accelerate the platform’s development and expand its go-to-market capabilities. A key focus is scaling agentic AI management as the platform oversees agents as they are introduced across an enterprise.
The round follows the company’s pre-seed round of USD 1mn in November 2025.
