This week, we lead with news that Sage, an integrated care platform for senior living and skilled nursing, has raised a USD 65mn Series C equity round to replace fragmented, reactive infrastructure with an AI-powered platform. The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives with participation from existing investors IVP and Goldcrest. The funding will be deployed across the platform’s three key areas — predictive AI for resident safety, unified caregiver workflow and deeper investment in skilled nursing. Sage is shifting the industry from response to prevention of the falls, declines and avoidable hospitalizations of seniors.

  • Levitate raises $16mn in new funding round, brings total capital raised to $71mn
    Levitate, an AI-powered relationship marketing platform, has raised USD 16mn in a new funding round. The new investment accelerates the company’s innovation roadmap, which includes internal AI capabilities and customer-facing tools, which make it easier for small businesses to execute high-quality relationship marketing at scale. It will also use the funds to continue expanding its service-as software model, which combines automation with hands-on strategy. The round was led by Harbert Growth Partners with participation from Bull City Venture Partners and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures. To date, Levitate has raised a total of USD 71mn.
  • Firmable raises $14mn for Series A round
    Airtree has led the Series A round for Firmable with participation from existing investors. The funding will support the company’s US expansion, the further development of specialist sales data and buying signals and the continued build-out of AI agents.
    Firmable’s platform eliminates data silos by replacing the multiple tools teams rely on with a single platform. From it, teams can assemble proprietary account data, track precision buying signals and automate sales tasks and administration — freeing them to focus on sales.
  • Dyna.AI announces multimillion dollar Series A round
    Singapore’s Dyna.AI  has raised an undisclosed multimillion dollar Series A round from Lion X Ventures, ADATA, a Taiwan-listed technology company, a Korean financial institution and a group of finance veterans. The investment accelerates the deployment of the company’s agentic AI solutions that help enterprises turn AI pilots into fully operational systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • IntelliGRC closes $3.5mn Seed round
    IntelliGRC, a cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance platform has raised a USD 3.5mn seed round from notable angel investors. The company will use the funds for product innovation, to expand its AI-driven capabilities and scale its GTM initiatives.
  • NextWork raises $4.45mn for its Seed round
    NextWork, a platform enabling people to learn practical skills by building real projects and publishing proof-of-work portfolios has raised USD 4.45mn for its Seed round, which was led by Shakti VC. Other investors were Cake Ventures, GD1 VC, Blackbird Ventures, Icehouse Ventures, Phase One Ventures and angel investors. The new capital will support NextWork’s expansion in the U.S., including establishing its headquarters in Austin, Texas and continued investment in engineering and growth hiring to scale the platform and accelerate learner adoption.
  • Lio completes $30mn Series A funding round
    Lio, formerly askLio, an AI procurement workforce for enterprises, has raised USD 30mn for its Series A round of funding led by a16z. Other investors in the round were SV Angels, Harry Stebbings and Y Combinator. With the funding Lio plans to accelerate product development and support its US expansion.
    With this latest funding round, Lio has raised a total of USD 33mn.  
  • AgriPass to scale RHIC with $7.5mn Seed round
    Israeli AI and robotics company AgriPass has completed a USD 7.5mn Seed funding round to support the commercial scale-up of RHIC, its robotic weed control platform and to expand in the U.S. and Europe. It will also use the funds to support manufacturing readiness, expand its commercial field operations and the continued development of the AI-driven cultivation platform across additional crops and use cases.
