The financing comprises USD 72mn of new equity (a USD 50mn Series B round and a USD 22mn Series A round in August last year) from investors. These include Actions Capital, AppWorks, Comma Capital, Dunamu & Partners, Era Funds, New Enterprise Associates, Pantera Capital and Sazze Partners. With the funds, Chowbus will expand beyond its integrated POS and management platform into the larger market for restaurant services. With this funding, the company will accelerate the development of its autonomous kernel generation platform, expand deployments with AI-native and enterprise partners and continue advancing towards adaptive systems software that improves alongside new models and new hardware.
