This week, we lead with MoEngage raising an additional USD 180mn as part of its Series F round. This latest investment was led by new investors ChrysCapital and Dragon Funds, alongside Schroders Capital. Existing investors TR Capital and B Capital also participated. This additional capital will be used to accelerate the development of the Merlin AI suite, grow its go-to-market teams in North America and EMEA and explore strategic acquisitions.

  • Drive Health to receive $15mn from Vitalis Ventures
    Investment platform focused on AI-enabled healthcare Vitalis Ventures will invest USD 15mn in Drive Health to expand its clinical workflow AI tool, Avery, and expand the tool’s operational capabilities.  With this additional commitment, Drive Health has raised over USD 26mn and plans to raise a Series A round next year. Avery supports nurses and care teams to manage high-volume communication, education and coordination tasks with patients and families. It automates well-defined units of work such as discharge orchestration, secure-message triage and follow-up outreach. It operates under hospital-defined rules and risk caps.
  • Galatek raises $30mn Series A round
    Automation and artificial intelligence startup Galatek has concluded its Series A round of funding and has raised approx. USD 30mn. The Singapore-headquartered company, which focuses on the life sciences and semiconductor manufacturing sectors, will use the funding for product development, to strengthen its global supply chain and deepen local expertise in markets across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
  • Zendesk buys Unleash
    Zendesk has bought Unleash, an AI-powered enterprise search platform for employees. The deal strengthens Zendesk’s platform in several ways, including: enterprise search and permission-based RAG across 70+ content sources including SharePoint and Google Drive; native AI knowledge agents in Slack and Microsoft Teams and AI agents built with end-to-end organizational context, giving employees access to meaningful insights across company data.
  • Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives leads $100mn Series C round for Neural Concept
    Neural Concept, a Swiss AI-first engineering platform for product development, has secured USD 100mn for its Series C round of funding led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. Existing investors Forestay Capital, Alven, HTGF, D.E. Shaw Ventures and Aster Capital also participated in the round.
    Neural Concept enables teams to explore millions of design options earlier to avoid costly late-stage changes, thereby bringing better products to market faster.
  • LawVu acquires ClauseBase, launches AI-powered contract analysis engine
    New Zealand’s LawVu has acquired ClauseBase, a drafting toolbox for legal professionals, and launched LawVu Lens, an AI-powered contract analysis engine. These two major milestones directly address issues referred to in CLOC’s 2025 State of the Industry report–that although AI adoption rates are accelerating, legal departments rely on disconnected, single-function AI tools. The company’s solution embeds AI across all legal workflows, eliminating the need for multiple tools.
  • LatentForce completes $1.7mn Seed round
    LatentForce, an AI-native platform for large-scale enterprise code migrations and software modernisation has raised a USD 1.7mn Seed round co-led by Ideaspring Capital and Yali Capital. With the funding, the company will strengthen its proprietary migration models and accelerate expansion across India and globally.
