We lead this week with news that FirmPilot has closed an oversubscribed $22M Series A-1 to scale its AI-Powered Legal Marketing Platform to accelerate product development and market expansion. Specifically, the new funding will fuel two product initiatives, the first is a next-generation AI model that enables deeper content creation, smarter marketing tactics and faster time to ROI. The second is the development of direct integrations with leading case management solutions that allow the platform to ingest case value data and use it to more intelligently direct marketing efforts through its AI marketing agents.

The round was led by DeepWork Capital, with a significant investment from Data Point Capital and participation from existing investors including Blumberg Capital, Thomson Reuters Ventures, Valor Ventures, SaaS Ventures and EarlyLight Ventures. The new capital brings FirmPilot’s total funding to $27.25M.

The AI legal-marketing platform has a patent-pending AI Legal Marketing Engine that provides law firms and service-based SMBs with a modern way to grow with strategies built entirely on data and intelligence. The platform uses proprietary AI to analyze competitive landscapes, create authoritative content, optimize across SEO, GEO, PPC, social media and local search.

    HaystackID has bought AI legal technology company eDiscovery AI, a deal in line with its strategy of executing deals that advance its AI capabilities across legal, compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity. The deal expands HaystackID’s engineering and product innovation engine by supporting faster iteration cycles, deeper workflow integration and broader deployment paths. It also cements existing collaboration between the two companies as eDiscovery AI’s technology has been integrated into HaystackID’s core AI offerings with custom workflows that are designed to help legal teams rapidly move from data overload to actionable clarity. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

  • Guidde announces $50mn oversubscribed Series B round of funding
    Guidde, an Israeli AI digital adoption platform has announced a USD 50mn Series B round that was oversubscribed. The investment round was led by PSG Equity with participation from monday.com. Existing investors Norwest, Entrée Capital, Qualcomm Ventures and Inkberry Ventures also participated. The investment will help accelerate the deployment of its platform, which is designed to train both humans and AI agents on enterprise software.
  • NODA AI closes Series A round of funding
    NODA AI, an AI-native defense company, has raised USD 25mn for its Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Draper Associates, Bloomberg Beta and Alumni Ventures.
    The investment allows the company to accelerate delivery on key milestones to the Department of War and the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence customers, deepen its integration across more than 30 existing platforms and extend its technical capabilities into new defense and intelligence markets. NODA AI focuses on developing, maintaining and orchestrating mixed-fleet tactics and strategies for autonomous systems.
  • AI platform Rowspace secures $50mn in commitments
    Rowspace, an AI platform that accelerates financial services firm’s decision making based on proprietary data, has launched with a USD 50mn commitment across Series A and seed rounds. The Series A round was co-led by Sequoia and Emergence Capital and the Seed round, which was led by Sequioa, Stripe, Conviction, Basis Set and Twine. Angels participated across both rounds. With the funding Rowspace will grow its San Franciso and New York offices with a focus on engineering and research talent.

  • SeedTwo Capital leads $2mn Seed round for RobosizeME
    Canadian startup RobosizeME has raised USD 2mn in an oversubscribed Seed round led by SeedTwo Capital. The company is designing intelligent workflow automation for the hotel industry’s back-office operations. This includes areas such as reservations, finance, revenue management and guest services—all of which are manual and labour-intensive. Other investors in the round are Sparkling Capital, BrightCap Ventures, angel investors and Botanique Hospitality.
  • Quill raises $6.5mn, launches Chief of AI Staff Agent
    Quill Meetings has raised USD 6.5mn in Seed funding and has launched Quilliam, a sovereign Chief of AI Staff agent. The round was led by Basis Set Ventures with others such as 500 Global, Naval Ravikant, Morado Ventures and AME Cloud Ventures also participating. The funding will be used to accelerate product development and team expansion.
    Quill Meetings coordinates AI tools based on context from conversations. Its local-first architecture ensures all data is kept on a device and offers optional end-to-end encrypted sync. It also enables teams in highly-regulated industries to transform conversations into action.
  • Slang AI raises $36mn for guest communications in restaurants
    Slang AI has secured USD 36mn for its Series B round led by US Venture Partners. Other investors were Thayer Investment Partners, Claire Hughes, Homebrew, Stage 2 Capital, Active Capital, Wing VC, Collide Capital and Underscore VC. The USD 36mn raised comprises USD 28mn equity and USD 8mn debt and brings the total amount raised to USD 68mn. The superhost platform will use the investment to expand and deepen its agentic voice AI platform for guest communications in hospitality settings. The company also intends to expand its engineering, product and go-to-market teams to meet surging demand while scaling its partnership ecosystem to create an even more seamless experience for operators.
  • 7Rivers completes $5mn Series A round
    7Rivers, a technology services company, has completed a USD 5mn Series A round of funding led by Inoca Capital Partners, which took a minority stake in the company. With the investment, 7Rivers will expand its Snowflake-focused delivery and product teams, scale GenAI solutions and grow its sales, marketing and partner enablement teams to expand in existing markets and grow in new ones. The company aims to enable businesses to unlock the transformative power of data and AI.
  • Kris@Work raises $3mn Seed round
    Kris@Work, a single platform for GTM teams, has raised USD 3mn for its Seed round led by Infoedge Ventures, JN Capital & Growth Advisory and angel investors. With the capital, the company plans to expand its enterprise customer base, strengthen its go-to-market partnerships and complete development across four phases of the platform.
  • Swan raises $6mn for GTM teams
    Swan has raised USD 6mn to build an AI GTM engineer, one that applies coding agent technology to go-to-market systems. The round was led by Link Ventures with participation from Fresh Fund, Collider and Gandel Invest.
