  • Datatruck raises $12mn to build AI-native operating system for long-haul trucking
    Datatruck has raised USD 12mn to replace legacy TMS systems with unified AI agents and financial workflows. The Chicago-based platform will use the Series A round of funding to deepen its AI capabilities, expand its product and consumer-facing teams and continue to grow across North America.
    The round was led by Avenue Growth with participation from existing investors.
  • Slice Global Equity raises $25mn to advance AI-native compliance-first infrastructure
    Insight Partners has led the USD 25mn Series A round for Slice Global Equity, an AI-native global equity and compliance management platform for multinational companies. Other investors are Fenwick and Cooley LLP and existing investors TLV Partners, R-Squared Ventures and Jibe Ventures. The funding will be used to deepen the company’s AI-native compliance infrastructure, expand product and engineering and execute its global go-to-market strategy.
    This latest round of funding brings the total raised to USD 32mn.
  • Propy secures $100mn credit facility to execute AI-led roll up of title and escrow companies
    Propy has raised a USD 100mn credit facility from Metropolitan Partners Group, a private investment firm that provides growth and situational capital to small and mid-sized non-sponsored businesses in the US.
    The tech company, which uses AI and blockchain to automate real estate closings, will use the funding to consolidate title and escrow companies into an AI-powered end-to-end closing platform.   
  • Midship announces Seed round led by Costanoa Ventures
    Midship has secured USD 4.15mn in Seed funding. The round was led by Costanoa Ventures with participation from Seguin Ventures and angel investors. The AI-native platform that automates SOX testing and internal audit workflows, will use the funding to grow its team and accelerate adoption among public companies which face rising audit complexity, talent shortages and mounting compliance costs.
  • Taiwania Hive Ventures leads the way for Decube’s $3mn investment round
    Decube has raised USD 3mn for its global growth, to support continued product innovation and expansion in APAC. The round was led by Taiwania Hive Ventures with participation from 500 Ventures.
    The startup is building a context layer for data. In effect, it is providing enterprises with a unified way to explain what their data actually means, where it comes from, how it changes and whether it should be trusted.
