Find out moreParis-based Skello has raised EUR 200mn in a round backed by Bridgepoint, which takes a lead minority stake through Bridgepoint Development Capital V, alongside reinvestment from existing backers Partech and XAnge. The transaction also increases the stake held by Skello’s management team.
The funding will go toward expanding Skello’s presence across Europe, widening the functional scope of its platform and continuing investment in artificial intelligence, alongside targeted acquisitions as part of a consolidation strategy. Skello plans to hire 100 people in 2026 across technology, product and sales functions in Paris, Lille and Barcelona.
Skello was founded by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan and provides HR management software for frontline teams. The platform has 2mn user accounts and in 2025 launched Skello Assistant, an AI agent that converts operational data into HR insights and automates related actions.
