We wrap up the week with Arya Health’s $18.2mn Series A round, which it plans to use to expand its product suite and hire more staff in response to market demand, which has resulted in revenue growth of more than 6x this year.
The company is responding to two key issues—industry pressure from regulatory changes, wage pressure and care staff shortages and private equity consolidation that requires operational improvements beyond more staff hires.

Financial Services

  • Uptiq.ai raises $12mn to expand AI infrastructure for financial services: UPTIQ has raised USD 12mn in a funding round led by Silverton Partners, with participation from Live Oak Venture Partners, Tau Ventures, First Capital and Green Visor Capital. The capital will support large-scale adoption of Uptiq Qore, the company’s AI infrastructure platform for financial institutions as well as execute Uptiq.ai’s plans to expand integration partnerships, scale its distribution network and accelerate go-to-market programmes to broaden access to Qore. The funding also supports the company’s 2026 growth strategy, including expanding its engineering, research and customer success teams.
  • Grasp raises $7mn for Series A round: Grasp a Swedish AI startup automating investment banking and management consulting work using multi-agent systems, has raised $7 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from existing investor Yanno Capital. Grasp is also announcing the opening of its first international office in London. Grasp’s AI Analyst is an agent system that uses tools to perform tasks. It manages workflows end-to-end – from sourcing trusted information, to wrangling data in spreadsheets, to synthesizing insights in polished PowerPoint slides. The company’s AI Analyst is already used by almost 200 investment banks, management consultancies and private equity firms.

Healthcare

  • CustoMED announces $6mn seed round to grow its AI-powered 3D printed solutions for orthopedic surgery: CustoMED, an AI-driven, surgeon-first platform for patient-specific orthopedic solutions, has completed its seed round, bringing total funding to USD 6mn.
