  • Apiphani raises $25mn Series A to scale AI-driven infrastructure platform
    Apiphani, an AI-native managed services and automation platform for mission-critical applications, has raised USD 25mn in a Series A round led by Insight Partners. The partnership is expected to accelerate Apiphani’s expansion in the United States and Europe, strengthen its product development efforts, and support growth in regulated industries including energy, utilities and telecommunications.Moelis & Company acted as exclusive financial adviser to Apiphani.
  • Eagl raises €825,000 to expand AI-native finance platform
    Belgian startup Eagl has raised EUR 825,000 to grow its engineering team, expand across Europe and advance development of its AI-native financial platform. The round was led by Syndicate One and CNBB Equity Partners, with participation from SaaS founders. Founded in April 2025, Eagl integrates directly into ERP and accounting systems to automate accounting and controlling workflows, monitor data quality and resolve anomalies with business context.
  • Series B extension round for Bria
    Bria, a visual generative AI platform-as-a-service, has secured additional funding from Bright Pixel Capital. This latest commitment is an extension of its USD 40mn Series B round of funding that was led by Red Dot Capital. Other investors were Maor Investment, Entrée Capital, GFT Ventures, Intel Capital and In-Venture. With the funding, Bria will continue to develop its AI-driven visual products for businesses, emphasising transparency, control and privacy protection. It will also push for the adoption of its technology across industries that include advertising, retail, media and e-commerce.
  • Envive AI raises $15mn Series A for self-improving commerce agents
    Envive AI has raised USD 15mn in Series A funding led by Fuse VC, with participation from Point72 Ventures and the AI2 Incubator to continue building agents that learn in the real world. The investment brings total funding to USD 20mn. Founded in 2023, Envive develops AI agents designed to optimise customer interactions across the digital commerce journey. Its reinforcement learning-based platform helps brands increase conversions, improve rankings in generative search and drive retention.
  • Omnea raises $50mn Series B to expand AI procurement platform
    UK-based Omnea has raised USD 50mn in Series B funding to grow the next phase of its AI-supplier relationship management system. The round was led by Insight Partners and Khosla Ventures, with participation from Accel, Point Nine, First Round Capital and Prosus. The deal brings Omnea’s total funding to more than USD 75mn. The company was founded in 2022 to help businesses unlock supplier data trapped in spreadsheets, inboxes and siloed point solutions. It provides an AI-native procurement platform that integrates with finance, risk, IT and legal systems to streamline supplier onboarding, automate workflows and create a single source of truth for vendor data.
  • StackGuardian raises $10mn to expand in Europe and US
    StackGuardian, a European cloud-native startup focused on secure and compliant self-service infrastructure, has secured USD 10mn in total funding across its seed and Series A rounds. The Series A was led by TIN Capital, with participation from existing investors Volta Ventures and InvestLink. The funding will support StackGuardian’s expansion across Europe and the United States and advance the AI capabilities of its Self-Service Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration Platform.
  • Datawizz raises $12.5mn seed round to develop specialised AI models
    Datawizz, a San Francisco-based company developing specialized language models as an alternative to large general general-purpose LLMs, has raised USD 12.5mn in a seed round led by Human Capital, with participation from BGV, 91VC and others. The funding will support product development, team expansion and market entry across the United States and Europe. Founded in 2025 by Iddo Gino, previously founder of RapidAPI, Datawizz has created a platform that builds and manages smaller, task-specific models designed to deliver faster and more cost-efficient performance than general-purpose AI systems.
  • Eve raises $103mn Series B at $1bn valuation to expand AI platform for plaintiff law firms
    Eve, a legal AI platform for plaintiff law firms, has raised USD 103mn in a Series B round led by Spark Capital, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Menlo Ventures. The funding values the company at more than USD 1bn. Eve said the investment will help plaintiff firms outmanoeuvre competitors and deliver transformative wins for their clients through AI-driven workflows.
