Yellow.ai to go public on Nasdaq at $550mn valuation through Bluerock SPAC merger
Enterprise agentic AI company Yellow.ai has agreed a business combination with special purpose acquisition company Bluerock that will take it public on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker YAI. Founded in Bangalore in 2016 by Raghu Ravinutala, Rashid Khan and Jaya Kishore Reddy, the company builds AI agents that resolve customer service interactions autonomously across systems, channels and languages, handling 16bn conversations annually in 135+ languages for more than 650 enterprise clients across 85+ countries.
The transaction ascribes a pre-money valuation of approximately USD 300mn to Yellow.ai and a pro forma equity value of roughly USD 550mn to the combined company, assuming no redemptions by Bluerock’s public shareholders. It is expected to generate more than USD 200mn in gross proceeds, comprising approximately USD 175mn held in Bluerock’s trust account and USD 30mn of committed PIPE financing from institutional investors, alongside which the founders and key management are investing their own capital. Both boards have approved the deal unanimously, and closing is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to Bluerock shareholder approval and customary conditions.
